Your Wholly Natural Downloads
Once you click the download URL in your confirmation email, your purchased Wholly Natural digital content will download in the form of an encrypted PDF that can be read on your computer or your mobile devices with a variety of apps and eReaders, for iOS, Android, Mac and PC.
You may use any eReader you choose that supports Adobe’s DRM (digital rights managed, protected content). This includes Adobe’s free eReader Adobe Digital Editions as well as Apple iBooks, Acer LumiReader, B&N Nook, Icarus Reader, Kobo, Mantano, Sony Readers, and Samsung eReaders, among many others. Please note that this encrypted PDF it cannot be opened with the normal Adobe Acrobat PDF reader and it is not compatible with Kindle devices.
If you already have an eReader app on your computer or mobile device, you should be able to access our Wholly Natural content immediately. If, however, you run into any issues downloading and accessing your purchased content, please see our guide below, designed to be used with Adobe Digital Editions.
Adobe Digital Editions (ADE)
Adobe Digital Editions is one of the most commonly used eReaders. It is free-to-download and use, and completely ad-free. Using this app you can read your protected books in PDF and EPUB formats both online and offline across your phone, tablet, Mac or PC.
From the App
You will need to have an Android, iOS, or other device that is compatible with Adobe Digital Editions (e.g. B&N Nook, Icarus, Kobo). See the list of compatible apps and devices here.
You will also need to have an Adobe ID and have Adobe Digital Editions installed on your device to be able to read your new content. Here’s how to do this:
Click the Menu bar at the top. Choose Settings, then select “Authorize" to sync your app to your Adobe ID. Your Adobe ID links your copy of Digital Editions to you personally.
If you don't have an Adobe ID, create one here or through the app.
You will need to authorise your ADE eReader When doing this, keep the vendor field set to Adobe ID. Once authorization is complete, a pop-up box that reads "This device has been activated" should show. Press OK.
Now any eBooks you add to Adobe Digital Editions (signed in with your Adobe ID) on any platform including phone, tablet, PC, or Mac can be synced to your device.
If your recent purchases, downloads or checkouts aren't showing up, simply swipe down on the main bookshelf screen or click the button in the top left corner and press “Refresh" to re-sync.
From your PC or Mac
You will need to have an Adobe ID and have Adobe Digital Editions installed:
Download the Adobe Digital Editions application for Mac and PC here.
Once you've installed Digital Editions on your computer, open the application. Click Help > Authorize My Computer. If you already have an Adobe ID, enter your ID and password. If not, create one here.
Download your Wholly Natural purchase from the confirmation URL you received.
Open the downloaded file using Adobe Digital Editions.
Adobe Digital Editions will then download the digital content (some files are large and this may take a little time).
Your new digital content will be available in your Adobe Digital Editions bookshelf, from where you can read the book offline on your computer.
If you already have Adobe Digital Editions set up on your mobile device and wish to sync your library from device to PC, then Click Library > Preferences and make sure the "Automatically download..." box is checked.
If it is checked, then your Digital Editions Library is synced between your mobile device(s) and your computer.
From now on, any eBooks you add to Adobe Digital Editions (signed in with your Adobe ID) on any platform including phone, tablet, PC, or Mac can be synced to your device.
